Client reviews

“I had the pleasure of working with Alison St.Hill to sell my parent's house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Her professionalism and business acumen made the daunting task a lot smoother for my sister and myself. Despite the challenges of a declining market and rising interest rates, Alison remained confident and collaborative throughout the process. Alison’s thorough market analysis and dedication to staging the house helped us make informed decisions. Alison even went beyond her call of duty, as she helped us find a project manager to renovate the house and make it more appealing to potential buyers. Thanks to Alison's unwavering support, we sold the house in just two weeks with 30-plus showings and three offers. Her warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made a challenging time so much easier, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Alison, for everything you did for me and my family.”

Gerald & Rita, Oakville

“Having Alison as my real estate agent was a true pleasure. Through her professionalism, caring and warm demeanour, it was very easy to put our trust in her with one of our biggest transactions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got the home we wanted. We have used Alison several times and I highly recommend her!”

Casey H., Burlington

“I recently sold my Mom’s house with Alison. Selling a home could have been a very stressful process, but Alison’s professional and kind nature made everything go so smoothly. From the time we signed the listing through the staging, offers, and dealing with Estate lawyers. Alison was always there with great advice, providing detailed feedback, which helped the house sell quicker. She always took the time to clearly explain all of the details for every step of process, all the way to closing the actual sale, and she negotiated brilliantly. In addition, Alison was extremely responsive to every one of my questions, no matter how small. I have now both sold my own home and bought a new one, using Alison. I really appreciated Alison’s patience and dedication in finding me the perfect new home.”

Wendy B., Oakville

“When it was time for my Mother to make a change and move to Oakville, it was Alison that I trusted to help guide her through the process. Alison’s knowledge of the neighbourhoods, and associated condo buildings, was extremely helpful in guiding my Mom in the search for her new home. Her professionalism, and patience in explaining everything very clearly, made my mother feel comfortable and confident in her decision. I would highly recommend Alison!”
